Local Delivery

  • Free Local Delivery is available for orders delivered within Fontana, CA.

  • $80 Delivery Fee applies to deliveries within a 25-mile radius of our Store.

  • $125 Delivery Fee applies to deliveries within a 50-mile radius of our Store.

Delivery Area

  • Delivery is available only within a 50-mile radius of Fontana, CA.

  • Orders outside this range are not eligible for delivery unless prior arrangements are made.

Scheduling & Timing

  • Delivery dates and times are scheduled upon order confirmation.

  • Same-day or expedited delivery may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Additional Information

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information to avoid delays or additional fees.

Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our flooring products. Please review the policy below to ensure a smooth return or refund process.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within [5] days of purchase.

  • Flooring must be unused, uninstalled, and in original, unopened packaging.

  • All returns require proof of purchase.

  • Cut, installed, damaged, clearance, custom, or special-order flooring is non-returnable.

Open Box Policy

  • Flooring cartons that have been opened are not eligible for return, as product integrity cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within [14] business days after inspection and approval.

  • Shipping, delivery, and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • A restocking fee of [10%] may apply where applicable.

Damaged or Defective Flooring

  • Inspect all flooring before installation.

  • Claims for damaged or defective materials must be reported within [5] days of delivery.

  • Installed flooring is considered accepted and is not eligible for refund.

  • Valid claims will be resolved through replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return freight costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or order error.

  • Returned products must be shipped using a trackable carrier.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Returns made without prior authorization may be refused.
