Returns

Flooring must be unused, uninstalled, and in original, unopened packaging.
All returns require proof of purchase.
Cut, installed, damaged, clearance, custom, or special-order flooring is non-returnable.
Open Box Policy
Flooring cartons that have been opened are not eligible for return, as product integrity cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within [14] business days after inspection and approval.
Shipping, delivery, and handling fees are non-refundable.
